Our Peranzana is just good, and clean.
In pursuing the quality certification policy, we have once again questioned and sent our oil to a highly qualified panel group, Slow Food.
The result?
With immense satisfaction we were reported in the Guide to Extra Virgin 2014 with this review:
Gentle Pannarale (Peranzana variety) gives the nose complex notes of green fruity with sedative, oregano, tomato and aromatic herbs. In the mouth is well balanced, with a hugging pasta and a pleasant bitter note perfectly balanced with the spicy sensation. The finale is generous, harmonious and persistent.
We have also been selected to attend the Gourmet / Terra Madre 2014 Show that will take place in Turin from 23 to 27 October. I would point it in the agenda!
